We offer you a great workplace in our beautiful green office garden with 4 trees and 47 plants (including Karel the creeper, our climbing plant, and José Juan the cactus), with hybrid working options available depending on the distance. And although the plants don’t talk back, you will work directly with two German-speaking colleagues.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Outbound Sales (about 40% of the time)
- Identify and target potential partners in key sectors (e.g., gifts, (online) printing companies, etc.).
- Build relationships with decision-makers at the top 5 players in each target segment.
- Negotiate and close deals, including complex pricing agreements. There is a fine line between no deal and a profitable deal.
- Increase revenue with existing relationships.
- Experiment and test new approaches, markets, and products to expand our potential.
Inbound Sales (about 30% of the time)
- Convert incoming quote requests and inquiries into orders and partnerships, in collaboration with customer service.
- Analyze lost leads and explore customer needs to improve strategies and processes.
Improving the Inbound Sales Process (about 30% of the time)
- Structure, improve, and automate the inbound sales process.
- Work with others on projects to improve our offerings and the company as a whole.
What We Offer You

- Base salary between EUR 3,250 and EUR 4,000 per month based on 40 hours per week.
- An unlimited bonus scheme. If you hit your target, your salary could quickly reach EUR 5,000 per month.

Your Profile
For this position, you need several skills and qualifications. Do you recognize yourself in the following points?
- Excellent communication skills; you can even have a nice chat with the plants!
- Commercial mindset; it’s all about getting the best deal.
- The German market holds no secrets for you. You know how to create and seize new opportunities. Fluent German is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and structure; you know how to make a plan to gain market share in Germany.
- Strong analytical skills; working with extensive Excel sheets, adjusting margins, and creating the ideal offer. A deal is quickly made or broken.
- Sales experience (B2B); you know how to guide quote and partnership processes.
