You’ll have the opportunity to develop skills in an environment where you can grow. A varied job, where one moment you’ll be on the phone giving more information about our products and the next moment, you’ll be processing a quote in collaboration with the printshop. We offer you a fun workplace in our beautiful green office garden with 4 trees and 47 plants (including Karel the creeper, our climbing plant, and José Juan the cactus). And although the plants don’t talk back, you will be working directly with two German-speaking colleagues.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, both consumers and businesses.
• You ensure the effective handling of incoming orders, with coordination between the printshop and the support team being crucial.
• Customer inquiries and complaints are proactively handled, building trust and loyalty, raising customer satisfaction to a higher level.
• Think about improvements. Identify and report opportunities in the broadest sense to serve customers better or work more efficiently.
• Support the German sales team. You help existing partners and send quotes to new customers.

Your Profile

For this role, you need several skills and qualifications. Do you recognize yourself in the following points?

• Excellent communication skills; you can even have a nice chat with the plants!
• Customer orientation; It’s all about satisfied customers, with realistic solutions and quick responses being important.
• Teamwork; alone you walk faster, but together we go further.
• You speak German fluently and can communicate well in English. If you also know the German market, that’s a plus.
• An eye for detail and design.
